The 7th Annual South Walton Beaches Food & Wine Festival is an event not to be missed, especially for foodies and wine enthusiasts looking to combine a relaxing beach vacation with culinary and vintner adventures. With roots in the historic Sandestin Wine Festival, this experience has been dubbed by Southern Living Magazine as one of the most sucessful festivals in the Southeast. This event showcases more than 800 wines poured by owners, growers and merchants, vintage and culinary seminars, special wine and food-themed events and attractions, and live entertainment.

Thursday, April 25
- 5-7 p.m. - Winemakers and Shakers - World-class winemakers and shakers from some of the top vineyards and wineries in the world lead a guided tasting that takes you around the world. Location: Wine World in Destin (Paradise Key Shopping Center).
Friday, April 26
- 4-6 p.m. - VIP Wine Tasting - Don't miss this exclusive VIP event. Top wine celebrities present and pour rare and collector-worthy vintage. Wines are paired with tastings from fabulous Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and South Walton restaurants. VIP ticketholders recieve a commemorative XL Riedel glass to round out this exclusive tasting.
- 6-9 p.m. - Craft Beer & Spirits Jam - Sample specialty craft beers and spirits from the innovative new breweries and distilleries from around the U.S. Enjoy a meet and greet with the brewers and owners who make the suds, which should be paired with great food on EATS Street. Live music completes the experience.

- 1-4 p.m. - Grand Tasting - This afternoon session is all about the 800+ wines available for ticketholders to taste. It’s all about the wine! Sip and mingle with winemakers, growers, merchants and fellow wine lovers. Note: VIP guests enjoy express entry to Saturday’s AND Sunday's Grand Tasting, included in ticket price.
