This condo was very comfortable for four adults and one four year old even though one bedroom has double beds. It would be great for a couple with two or three children. Very clean and updated. Love the half bathroom upstairs so you don't have to go downstairs to the bathroom. Beach umbrellas and chairs provided and an easy five minute walk to the beach. Ping pong table was a fun add. The only negative was the 9:00 AM checkout. Did not know this when we made our plane reservations and our flight wasn't until 4:00. I requested 10:00 AM and it was allowed. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in Watercolor at this great home! What a great location - just a ten minute walk to Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the watercolor resort pools! Great porch and kitchen and really clean! Would stay here again for sure!

Great location, great amenities, great customer service. The location is second to none, the condo is second to none, and Beach Habitats was a great company to deal with!

This home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed with beach fun as top priority. No detail is left behind. Decor is gorgeous and serene, welcoming relaxation as soon as you step in the door. Bikes are ready to go if you want to bike ride through Watercolor or next door in Seaside. Quick walk to the beach awaits, where you can easily rent chairs and umbrellas. You also have access to the fabulous Watercolor Beach Club. Many tasty restaurants are within walking distance and even more within biking distance. We highly recommend if your travels take you to 30A and the beautiful beaches of Watercolor. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful condo. Perfect size and decorated very nice. Close to everything and beach is right across the street. Beds were comfy, plenty of dishes, pots and pans to cook!! Can’t wait to rent again.

Beautiful space in a location that can’t be beaten.

We had a great trip with my family (3 boys and grandma)! The unit was super clean and had everything we could want. The convenience to the beach and beach club can’t be beat. They supplied a lot of towels which was nice for a week long stay. I know the condo doesn’t supply any of the beach gear, such as chairs and umbrellas, but you can use whatever is there. I wish I knew there were already numerous beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards because we brought all of that stuff but didn’t need to. That would have freed up a lot of space in our car coming! Overall, it’s a beautiful unit and I would absolutely stay here again!

Condo was very clean, updated, and in a great location (right next to candy store and just across 30a from the beach club). Beach Habitats 30a was very easy to work with and everything was digital-super convenient

My friend and I treated ourselves to a “Girl time Retreat” at this lovely condo in Watercolor. Everything was in perfect condition and sparkling clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the elevator made things extremely convenient. The entire condo appears to be newly painted and decorated with an expert touch. With the Beach Club directly across the street and plenty of shopping and restaurants within a short walking distance, the car wasn’t really needed during our trip. My future plans will definitely include another stay here. It was an absolute pleasure to unwind in such a charming place.

Will not be using anyone other than Beach Habitats for future Watercolor stays. So very helpful and responsive!

I decided to review because my family and I really enjoyed our time and this condo. We’ve stayed at many before but the location and price of this one really sold us on it. My kids also really enjoyed the milkshake bar. If you have kids they may talk about it for a while. It was the perfect weekend for us so thank you!

Fantastic location! Minute walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Great beach club with adult pool and more, food, sunsets, bar. We walked or road our bikes everywhere, no need for a car. Condo is prettiest one we have ever stayed in. Had everything we needed, even comfortable beds. Very clean. Loved relaxing on upper porch and had some great ping pong competitions on lower porch. Enjoyed dinners at FOOW, Wine Bar, Bud and Alleys, & Great Southern Cafe. Scratch Biscuit is a MUST for breakfast. Will absolutely rent again and soon I hope!

Awesome location! Parked the car and walked or rode bikes everywhere. Lots of restaurants within walking distance in Watercolor and Seaside: FOOW, Wine Bar, Scratch Biscuit, Bud and Alleys Really pretty and updated condo with comfortable beds and very clean. The kitchen had everything we could want and more. We hung out on the upper porch and had fun playing ping pong on the lower porch. Beach club is fantastic. The beach club has several pools. We enjoyed the adult pool the most. We ate lunch there a lot and watched sunsets with a drink by the cool outside bar-live music on Thurs night. We will definitely rent this condo again and again as it was our favorite and Watercolor is such a beautiful area.

Beautifully decorated clean condo with everything we wanted and the location was awesome! Nook under stairs was like a cozy fort for a kid. The beds were extra comfortable and porches were great. Ping pong was fun in the evenings together. The beach club was incredible with family baby and adult pools. The set up with the club and beach is fantastic for families. Camp Watercolor has a waterslide, a lazy river and a bar. We rode our bikes and walked everywhere! We watched the sunset at FOOW during dinner and loved Scratch Biscuit. Loved lunch and dinner at the Wine Bar and especially their mimosas in the morning. The beach is so beautiful here. We all loved the condo the resort and the beach. We will for sure rent this condo again .
