This was our first time in WaterColor and it exceeded our expectations. The rental property was perfect, the beach and Beach Club were amazing, and WaterColor itself is incredible. BeachHabitats 30A were highly professional, organized and responsive. We will most definitely be visiting again. Excellent trip!

Great condo close to the beach and beach club. Within walking distance. Loved the large patio for morning coffee and relaxing. Needs better bedding to make the experience better and more than one roll of tissue per bathroom, as well as another roll of paper towels and trash bag. That would have been nice. Place is a bit noisy as you can hear the occupant above you. Overall, great stay! Easy communication!

Perfect place.... close to everything

It was exactly as expected! We love love the location. The interior was recently updated, clean, and exactly as pictured! The layout was perfect with three young children. The only feedback is the check out time is on the earlier side and the door lock code changed at 8:57, but they promptly let us back in to grab our last few items. Overall, it was perfect! We will be back!

Having stayed in Watercolor several times, this condo surpassed our expectations. It boasts a beautiful space, an excellent location, and peaceful bedrooms. The description and photos accurately represent the property. The only drawback was the poor quality of the linens and towels, which were sparse in quantity and thin. Additionally, they only provided one kitchen trash bag and one roll of paper towels and no tissue. While not a major issue, given the price we paid, it seems counterproductive not to offer higher-end linens and more kitchen essentials. For instance, something as simple as including three trash bags and two rolls of paper towels would have significantly enhanced the experience. Just a heads up to bring your own.

The condo is very clean and has a great location

We have been to Watercolor many times. This was our first time staying in a condo above the shops. This condo is above Scratch. The location is amazing. Literally can walk anywhere and everywhere! It comes with two bikes which were perfect for our girls to use.

Overall the unit was very nice. I was surprised to see the bunk space actually had a door! It was like a bonus room. The kitchen was well equipped. Wrap around balcony with seating area and dining. We didn’t use these as it was a billion degrees ;)

The master suite is very spacious. Plenty of room to move around. Large chaise in corner.

The stacked washer and dryer is in the other bathroom. They are very large and work very well.

Living room is also spacious.

And the most exciting thing this condo offers: a dyson stick vacuum to easily take care of loose sand!!!

We will definitely rent this place again!

We cannot give enough positive accolades to both Beach habitats 30A and our rental condo. The condo was immaculate, great location, and truly delightful. Beach Habitats was extremely communicative and everything was seamless.

We have been going to 30A forever and this was our first time at this property. This is the area we always seek out and I will say the location was great - right across from the Beach Club and near Wine World, which we love. The rental company in large part was very sweet and super easy to communicate with - we had questions about using our wristbands after check-out and the wi-fi. They responded as soon as in office and were always very kind. We were pleasantly surprised to check in a little early, which was wonderful as they day we arrived turned out gorgeous. The condo was decorated nicely and generally very clean when we checked in. My daughter loved the little bunk area for some privacy.

VERY minor things, but here are some little tiny things for what I think would be minor cost I would adjust to make the renters' stay even better. Like I said, we come here so much and just from experience as thoughtful feedback more than criticism.... A little more shampoo and trash liners would be great for a weeklong stay; we only had 5 hangers in the whole condo so we actually bought more less than $5 and left for future guests; and the hair dryers really need replacing. Finally, everyone I talked to was shocked our check-out time was 9am. 10 or 11 is pretty standard in the area. Again, these are not issues that would dissuade me from renting in this amazing location again, but just a few changes that could be made that I think would make an exponential difference for guests. We really enjoyed our stay, loved using the bikes and walking to Beach Happy every am for a latte. Great vacation!

Very Good

We traveled to Watercolor to spend time at the beach and enjoy our favorite wine bar. Our condo had a great front porch in the heart of Watercolor and the rooms were very spacious and nice.

The house is beautifully decorated and is in a great location! The managers were very helpful and always responsive. We loved having the bunk room and the sound machines.
The only thing I really found concerning was the dirty floor, I felt like the floors were not mopped well. My feet would be black after walking around barefoot which I found pretty disappointing. The king bed in the guest room is near the end of its life as well.

Great place, great location, very prompt and clear communication. Wonderful trip. Loved the condo and all the furnishings.

We loved this property and location. Beautiful furniture and decor, very updated. We loved going to the Beach Club and the Beach just across the street. We used the two bikes provided and rented an extra one. The property was clean, but the floors were still dirty with sand when we checked in. Had to wear shoes the entire week inside the house. We are definitely going to rent this unit again.

We will definitely come back here! Perfect spot close to beach, condo is gorgeous and clean! No complaints!
