We had a wonderful time. Amazing location to and from the beach club, and quick bike ride to camp watercolor. The condo was clean and perfect for our family! The only thing we would recommend adding to the condo was a broom for sweeping sand, etc in the house!

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4. Peek a boo ocean views, walkable to all of watercolor and seaside. Rode bikes to camp watercolor. And walkable to the beach club and beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this unit. The company was very easy to communicate with. Being right across the street from Watercolor Beach Club was awesome. The bedroom dressers were a bit poorly put together so we didn’t use them because the drawers kept falling out. Otherwise a great stay.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The location and condition of the condo was outstanding! We were able to walk everywhere and loved the wine restaurant right downstairs. Easy access to our kids favorite spots! Only complaint is that checkout is earlier than other rentals in this area. It was

This rental was perfect for our girls trip!! The location could not be more perfect for getting around town and you are steps away from entering the beach. The rental was super clean, with classy decor and it was absolutely comfortable couches and beds. I would absolutely recommend this rental to others!!!

We had a wonderful time at this Watercolor property. It was the perfect size for a small family. The most amazing aspect was the location. It was the first unit by the elevator, that opened right up into the lobby of the Wine Bar. We thought it would be loud at night being right above shops but to our surprise it really wasn't. It is such a short walk to the Beach Club and the Watercolor shops. We LOVED the location, especially with having small children. We will certainly be back.

We loved the location of this rental. It is an easy walk across the street from the WC pool and beach. The property has been recently remodeled and is very nice with all new appliances. The wine bar below the property was nice for us as we would eat lunch there. The property manager was easy to work with and quickly responded to my questions.

Great location! Walking distance to the pools, beach and restaurants. The management company was responsive and helpful. The unit itself is spacious but not overly comfortable. The sofa was really uncomfortable (not that we sat there a lot) but you do need a place to sit. And would suggest investing in better linens (sheets, towels). The unit was dated and needs a refresh. It was adequate, not great. We’ve rented from this company before and had much better success in other units.

Very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Nice, clean unit in a great location. Perfect size with two bedrooms and two baths. Guest room includes a double and bunk beds. Master mattress rather hard and pillows a bit lumpy but other than that condo very comfortable. Very little in the way of supplies. Master bath had no soap, no shampoo. Guest bath had shampoo but no soap. And kitchen had no soap. Also only enough toilet paper for two days. My biggest complaint was the cost of bikes. My sons bike was stolen, which happenens a lot on 30A. I am aware from many stays that if your bike is stolen or lost you have to pay for it. No complaints there. My complaint is that the charge for the bike was $400, which I think is exorbitant. The bike was in poor shape to start with.

Excellent stay, even with the rain. This rental is spacious and in a great location. Close to the WC Club and a short walk to Seaside.
The rental company that manages this property are very nice and respond quickly to any questions or requests.

We stayed here over the 4th of July for a week with our kiddos. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo or a better location. Several restaurants, including one that serves breakfast, are a couple minutes walk away or less. Also, several shops are right off of the elevator or just across the street. You can sit on the balcony and see the beach club from the condo. The beach club has three pools, one of which is adults only. There is also a restaurant and a bar at the beach club. Remember to wear your wristband to come and go from the beach as it is a private beach access. Overall we enjoyed Watercolor a lot and our condo’s location made it even better! We will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay! I was a little worried about possible noise with the condo located above the Wine Bar, but it was surprisingly quiet. Loved the balcony. Beds were very comfortable. The location was so perfect. I will definitely stay here again.The management company was so nice to work with too!

Amazing property right in the heart of seaside. Walking distance the all food trucks and shopping and beach. Wonderful hospitality and beautiful experience. Beautifully appointed. Comfortable furniture and feels like home. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Renting through Beach Habitats was a breeze. They were responsive and helpful. We have stayed in this building before and prefer the park side to the 30A side. We found this unit to be clean and spacious, but louder. The unit needs new sleeping pillows and a full length mirror.

The condo was perfect. Great location for us, and the perfect size for a family of 4. Spacious deck too. And staff was highly responsive to our needs prior to the trip and during.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family of four with two young kids. We were a little worried about whether the location would be loud, but we had no issues and loved being in such easy walking distance to the beach and pool. Would definitely rebook this one! Thanks!
