1680 E County Hwy 30A, Unit 303- WaterColor

We stayed in this condo the week of October 14th. The location is great. Easy walk to beach and pool. Cafe on first floor, a few restaurants across the street, and a 1/2 mile walk to seaside. Condo is on 3rd floor so no noise from other units. We never had an issue with parking. The set up worked well for our family of 5. The condo is very cute and can even be better with a few updates. The master bedroom carpet had some stains. There was some dust built up on things. Both bathrooms need a good remodel. The master shower head is suctioned on and fell off once on us. The dryer has rust inside door and very loud. The fridge water filter needs replaced. The toaster only heats bread on one side of bread. There is a plate on ceiling where a light could go above the dining table, but no light so kind of dark there. One of the living room drapery rods is disconnected from drape so hard to close. Overall a nice, cute place with some room for improvement.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes so very easy to pop back up to the condo if we needed anything. The dishwasher was broken when we got there but they sent out someone right away. The tech couldn't fix it without a part so they put in a brand new dishwasher a couple hours later. We didn't have to be there. Very helpful and responsive rental company! Bathrooms could definitely use some updating as well as new bath towels but honestly overall the unit was great overall!

Great quiet location very close to the Beach Club in Watercolor. Living area is newly renovated, but kitchen and bath are still dated and in some disrepair. Sleeps 4 but only bikes for two. Overall, a great condo for a small family and can not beat the location.

Very pleased with Unit # 303. Easy access using the elevator to the 3rd level or a quick run up/down the stairs. Quiet and relaxing. The HVAC system worked flawlessly. Watercolor Resort is spectacular! Easy walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. A short drive to anything else you might want to do. The beach is breath taking, the water Azure Blue. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The Beach Happy Café has great breakfast wraps, an assortment of locally made pastries and delicious coffee. I imagine it gets crazy busy "in season" but our shoulder month stay was absolutely the best. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed this property for several reasons. As a short term rental owner and manager myself I thought a review would be helpful. I have also stayed in Watercolor numerous times for comparison.The location is the biggest plus. We were traveling with our two young daughters and it was super easy access to the Beach Club, shops, and new cafe where they loved getting smoothies. It was a very quiet top floor unit. We never heard our neighbors unless we were outside which was nice. Be prepared to haul your luggage and groceries to the elevator and down a long deck. I highly recommend bringing a collapsible wagon or if owners of this unit provided one in the closet or laundry room that would be huge! Our last condo had a luggage rolling rack so I wasn’t prepared with my wagon or stroller this time to bring items up or down but we managed. Those luggage racks are heavy so I think a wagon would be ideal. I was not sure what level of updates the unit had based on previous reviews but the carpet was newer and nice, all appliances worked, the washer and dryer worked but needs updating soon. The A/C cooled well. The upstairs TV was hard to figure out and extra remote batteries need to be left on-site. For the most part we got everything going quickly. I was most impressed by the spacious feel of the unit as the higher ceilings really made my kids do a gasp of excitement when we opened the door. They had plenty of room in the loft upstairs and it worked for them. We could have made a room for sleeping bags to add a cousin as well. I was also impressed by how clean the unit felt. Same day turnovers can be brutal and I felt like it was a truly clean property with only a few small details that only I would notice as a veteran manager. I told the team about these so hopefully they can address them before your stay as they were minor. The sheets were awesome and all the bedding felt clean with no stains. Bath linens were very clean and felt newer. I thought we would have a view of the parking lot, but I really loved the porch. It is high up in the tops of ample trees and you can actually hear the ocean on rough wave days. If not for the tall trees you might could even see bits of it? I could barely even see the parking lot when trying. It was also breezy up that high so I enjoyed reading in the middle of the day on a late june, hot day. We love Watercolor for the amenities with kids and do not hang out at our unit a ton. We were looking for a clean, comfortable place that didn’t kill our budget. Beach Habitats worked with our budget and addressed a flat tire immediately for us on one bike. It was a really lovely trip with more pleasant surprises than disappointments not knowing much about the unit we were booking. I hope they will update the sofa to something more updated (though it felt clean), replace the washer and dryer sooner than later, and put a collapsible wagon or rolling luggage tool in the foyer for guest convenience and this would be an absolute yes for the crowd that doesn’t want the magazine perfect price tag or anxiety of spilling drinks and kid messes on a pristine white sofa from Serena and Lily! Thank you for a great stay and we look forward to visiting again.P.S. bring beach towels for the kids pool! They provide for the beach club but not the kids pool.

We had the best time during fall break 2021. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, quiet and a quick walk to the beach club and pool.
It was easy to park and also an easy walk to seaside. We will definitely be coming back to this condo in the future. 100% recommended! The booking company was so easy to work with and made our trip seamless.

The carpet was disgustingly dirty... no skillet in the kitchen, coffee maker did not work. Lot's of light bulbs were out. Look elsewhere!

Very convenient location but very dated property. Not much lighting in living or dining area - 3 lamps for entire room. No high definition tv was disappointing trying to watch football games. Carpet in bedroom needs cleaning. We stay in Watercolor 2x a year and this property was not up to normal standards

This was our second time staying at this property. It is a great location that is close to everything! The beach, restaurants, the pool, shopping, etc! However we were a little disappointed with the property’s condition. The ceiling in the master bedroom leaked horribly, the AC unit in the loft needed to be cleaned and the dryer wouldn’t dry the laundry, for example.

We enjoyed our experience from start to finish! The location and accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids). The location is central to everything! My son loved having his own loft with a TV!

The elevator was very convenient and helpful! All the amenities like washing machine, vacuum, hair dryers, bikes, etc made the trip a breeze.

We will be booking this location again!
