We are frequent flyers to Sea Haunts.
This was a wonderful week of relaxing with family. Such a blessing to have time together & our condo made the trip perfect!

We had 2 families staying here and it was perfect! We thought the 2.5 bathrooms would be an issue, but the outdoor shower was a HUGE bonus! Everything was clean and the place was stocked with everything we needed!

I loved that it was right on the beach and was so easy to make trips to and from the beach. We were able to walk everywhere. The location is perfect! We will definitely be back!!

We met up with another family to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and had plenty of room. The place was comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor shower was such a treat! The beach view was amazing and such easy access to the beach. Weather and water were wonderful. We rented a pontoon for a day on Crab Island and it was so fun- the water was crystal clear and calm...highly recommend! We had the absolute best time- highly recommend this townhouse for a family vacay you won’t forget.

This is our second time staying at this property with beach habitats 30A. Each time we have had such a wonderful experience both with the property and with the company. To start, Micheal is an excellent communicator and quick to respond. Should there be any issues. He made the whole booking and stay a breeze. The condo is perfect for our large family. There are four bedrooms and a bunk room, which are kids love! You can’t beat the fact that it is only a few steps away from the beach, which is not crowded at all, compared to the rest of30A. They have a private pool as well in the whole complex is gated, which felt nice and secure. Walking distance to a few good restaurants and ice cream shops. Wow, the condo is not brand new, it has been wonderfully updated and met all of our families needs. The beds and linens were fantastic for a rental! All in all I had you recommend and can’t wait to go back to spooky lane!

This condo has a wonderful location. The back patio walked out to the beach access. It is within walking distance to alot of different restaurants. The beds were a little hard. The property management was very response, and the guidelines for the property were very straightforward. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation at this property.

Excellent location and this unit met all our needs. It's a lovely 4 bedroom unit with 2 1/2 baths. There is an outdoor shower that was a great help when everyone is needing to shower after a wonderful day at the beach!

This is our second time staying in this particular unit - it's our favorite within Sea Haunts. Everything was just as we remembered and just as we expected. The location is perfect; unit is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! Note that if you stay in this unit, the neighbors (2B) are full
time residents and a bit passive aggressive. Make sure you're intimately familiar with HOA rules. I do have two suggestions (new from our prior stay) - the labels are a bit over the top... maybe put these inside of the closets? Consider partnering with an organization that can use leftover food items - we travel from Colorado and don't take anything home with us (cereal, condiments, spices, etc). Oh! Also - the toilets on the first and second floors are very sensitive and run constantly if not flushed patiently!

We really enjoyed Santa Rosa! This property location is beyond ideal. Literally could not get any better! The water was perfectly clear and the beach was not crowded. We liked the property for the most part. The proximity to the beach alone is worth booking this place. I will say we did have a few concerns with the property itself. I've stayed at many rental locations through VRBO and sadly, this was not one of the cleanest. I was a little surprised to see so much rust on the bikes, mold on the shower curtain, and dirt on the floor. I do also think the cost of the location was a little high for the quality of the condo. The beach and the area around were definitely worth the price, but I wouldn't feel comfortable spending the same amount on this property.

Outside on lower level toys left under bikes and on porch air mattresses left up against back door by shower, needs more light on porches for grilling and need more lights in breeze way and towards pool as well as more parking. Shoe mat and shelf in entry way gets in the way. Bike chains come off and one lock combo wouldn’t open. No broom with a handle for sweeping

Our expectations were exceeded by 1000%. We loved the quiet atmosphere and, of course, the proximity to the wonderful beach. The unit was extremely clean; outfitted with all we needed; and just a breeze to get in and out. We were surprised with the array of kids beach toys and bikes as we were not expecting these items.
The only “drawback” was the Mr. Coffee as we like using a Keurig...we had brought our own.
It was such a pleasant stay we all decided to make this our yearly beach destination!

This place is fabulous. Very clean. Very well appointed kitchen. Lots of bath towels. Bikes were great fun. Outdoor shower a bonus. Master bed was one disappointment as it has a large hump in the middle. Would go back !!

The location is amazing. Mere steps out the back door to the beach, and a stone’s throw to great restaurants. The basics of the condo are all there, and it has potential to be fantastic. However, the condo is in major need of a deep clean. Upon arrival, we were greatly disappointed in the state of the condo, but management was super quick to get it all addressed and taken care of. They were very responsive and apologetic, and had the cleaning crew back out to take care of it. Still, when the season has calmed down, attention is needed.

This rental was clean and beautiful with great access to the beach. Very family friendly with toys, books, and beach toys for small children. Every amenity my daughter and I needed. The views from the two balconies were great. I felt safe in the unit and community. The property manager, Michael, was very helpful and responsive.

Right on the ocean, amazing views. Enjoyed seeing the moon from the balcony at night and walking a very short distance to the beach every morning. The property is close to restaurants and shops, overall a great experience.

We had a group of 8 women rent this home and had a wonderful trip! Leading up to the trip, the ownership/management were very responsive in answering questions about the amenities, etc. Upon arrival, the house was spotless and well appointed. We had everything we needed from bath towels to kitchen utensils. Great views from the balconies, outdoor shower and only steps from the beach. Short walk into town with cute restaurants, cafes, etc. Publix only 2 miles away. Quiet, gated community was a plus. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Will definitely rent Unit 2C again! Thank you for a wonderful girls trip!
